1. Digital products (ebooks)

Because ebooks are delivered instantly as a digital download, all ebook sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued, except in the following cases:

You were charged but did not receive a working download link due to a technical error on our end — contact us within 7 days with your payment ID and we will resend the file or issue a refund.
The file delivered is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was listed.

2. How to request a refund

Email [your email address] with your payment ID (from your Cashfree receipt), the book title, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Cashfree, typically within 5–7 business days, though your bank or card issuer's own processing time may add to this.

4. Cancellations

Since ebooks are delivered instantly on payment confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled once payment succeeds. If you change your mind before completing payment, simply close the checkout window — you will not be charged.
